Dance belongs to everyone.

Tryst Dance Collective is an inclusive adult dance community for dancers who want to train, perform, compete, create and connect — across different styles, backgrounds and levels of experience.

We believe you can create a safe, welcoming space without lowering the bar. Our dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves, develop strong technique, take risks and grow as artists — whether their goal is to dance for themselves, perform on stage or compete with a team.

But Tryst is about more than what happens in the studio. It’s about confidence, connection, friendship and having a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
